Organisational Structure

MANDATE I – Universal Classification and Labeling

Responsible for taxonomic consistency, naming protocols, and registration of all recognized vegetal entities.

MANDATE II – Botanical Judiciary and Legal Frameworks

Interprets violations and oversees plant-related legal adjudications across jurisdictions.

MANDATE III – Surveillance and Field Operations

Conducts inspections, gathers evidence, and enforces field-level botanical compliance.

MANDATE IV – Aesthetic Oversight and Heritage Flora

Regulates visual, architectural, and historical representation of plant life.

MANDATE V – Symbolic Vegetation and Representation Control

Monitors metaphorical and representational uses of plants in art, literature, and civic rituals.

MANDATE VI – Hydrobotanical Regulation

Oversees aquatic vegetation and regulates interactions within wetlands, estuaries, and floodplains.

MANDATE VII – Emerging Botanical Frontiers (Provisional)

Explores non-terrestrial or speculative botanical categories under early-stage conceptual scrutiny.

Division of Internal Affairs

Ensures ideological alignment, procedural rigor, and emotional neutrality within the Bureau.

Division of Documentation and Bureaucratic Memory

Safeguards institutional continuity and linguistic discipline through meticulous record-keeping.

Division of External Affairs and Inter-Institutional Protocols

Manages BoBC’s public communications, diplomatic outreach, and institutional partnerships.
