Purpose

This document establishes the contextual framework for BoBC presence and visibility within contested zones of urban vegetation. It does not govern action but provides institutional logic for symbolic presence, signage, citations, and spatial marking.

Scope

• Applies to all public or semi-public urban zones where unregulated flora are active.
• Governs semiotic positioning of thermal citations, warning tags, BoBC logotype appearance, and directive printouts.
• Recognises the importance of symbolic control where physical enforcement is impractical or unnecessary.

Recommended Interventions

• Field deployment of citation tags on irregular growth sites.
• Printer-based emission of regulatory documents in gallery or public context.
• Temporary signage outlining infractions and visual protocols.
• Mapping of intervention zones for archival and future symbolic reinforcement.
